JULIAN COPE - CAPTAIN
Captain Julian has over 35 years of seafaring experience, culminating in a 15-year tenure as the captain of the prestigious M/Y LEANDER G. During this time, he has completed 30 transatlantic crossings and two circumnavigations of the globe. In his spare time Julian enjoys sailing, swimming, scuba diving, cycling, and watching movies. Other interests of his include protecting the environment and spending time in the countryside, where he participates in activities such as shooting, riding, and fishing. Previous yachts: As master of M/Y LEANDER G from April 2004-August 2019, Julian has overseen successful repeat charters, most notably a client who returned 22 times!

Iker Lasquibar - Chief Engineer (rotational)
Iker hails from Bermeo; a small fishermen’s village in the Basque Country. From the time he was a little boy, he felt the attraction of the sea, due to a family of fisherman and after himself starting his seaman career in the fishing industry, he later embarked on a career in yachting. Since then Iker has worked on many boats as an engineer, travelling the word. His passion for travelling, the ocean and underwater sports is what keep him exciting to be working on yachts.

Kenneth Parton - Chief Engineer (rotational)
Originally born in Manchester Ken joined the Royal Navy as a marine engineer for 29 Years and travelled to all areas of the globe. He had sailedon air craft carriers and submarines covering all equipment from gas turbines to nuclear reactors. He then decided to trade the submarines infor luxury yachts and has been a Chief Engineer for 11 years on many prestigious vessels. Ken is an avid diver and a qualified dive master whoenjoys as much time underwater as possible. When not onboard Ken enjoy time with his family at home.

Owen Mitchell - Second Engineer (rotational)
Whilst attending Warsash Maritime University, Owen gained a strong foundation in marine engineering and a deep passion for his field of work. His hands-on approach to life, determined attitude, and positive outlook make him an excellent team member. When he is not working, he enjoys kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, baking, woodworking, and photography among other activities.

Christopher Chisolm - Second Engineer (rotational)
Christopher is from a small seaside town in the Scottish Highlands. Growing up in this remote area nurtured his love for outdoors and nature.Starting out as a cadet and working offshore in 2015, Chris began his yachting career in 2019. Chris has worked as second second engineer onprevious yachts travelling the Mediterranean, Maldives and Caribbean. With plenty of charter experience, a bubbly character and desire tomake people laugh he will strive to make your time onboard Jaguar an unforgettable experience. When not working, Chris enjoys mountainbiking and spending time with loved ones.

Juriaan Bester – Chief Officer (rotational)
Juri comes from a small little town called Stellenbosch, not far from Cape Town that is just focused on the ocean and what it has to offer. Diving and the underwater world have always been his passion, and this drove him to become a dive instructor. He made it his goal to see the world and experience the different oceans and to learn from the people around it. With over 4000 dives all around the world , He can truly say that he enjoys every minute of what he does

Christopher Marsicano - Chief Officer (rotational)
Christopher has over 20 years of industry experience and has been onboard JAGUAR since January 2018. Through hard work, being presentable, and leading by example, he strives to maintain longevity on a vessel. When not onboard, Chris spends his spare time as a fly-fishing guide, fisherman and diving and aviation enthusiast.

Neil Walker - Chef
Chef Neil has over 28 years of culinary experience, including 11 years as a chef on a yacht. Upon completing school, Neil developed a keen interest in cooking and began to take it seriously when he realised that he would have more opportunities to travel if he was a chef. Before joining the yachting industry, he worked in numerous restaurants, including running a rosette-standard kitchen in the heart of London. Over the years, he has earned a great reputation in the yachting industry, leading the galley of many successful charter boats where he consistently delivers Michelin-level cuisine. When he is not cooking for his guests and crew, Neil enjoys travelling the world and eating cuisines from the places he visits.

Charlie White – Bosun
Charlie was born in the south of the UK in the new forest. He joined Jaguar in April 2022 but he been on other boats from 55m to 90m in the last three and a half years. Charlie is a huge fan of all watersports, especially surfing and windsurfing and he also enjoys travelling to new places and exploring with his camera gear taking photos and then editing with a couple cold ones afterwards. Charlie also enjoy going for runs in the places the boat stops to keep fit. However, this can take a back burner if the beers are ice cold.

Dane Stander - Deckhand
Dane is originally from Durban, South Africa which is famous for their beautiful beaches and warm climate. Growing up near the ocean Danebecame an avid waterman and is a very keen surfer as well as lifeguard. Dane spent many years manufacturing and handmaking surfboards,he has a creative flare which he showcases in some of his designs. When not in the water you can find Dane whipping up some amazing meals,playing the guitar and doing anything fitness related.

Jordan Pretorius - Deckhand
Jordan grew up in the small town of Knysna for most of my life mainly focused on fishing and sailing. He has sailed since the age of 10, startingwith Hobie cats and growing from there. His other main passion was fishing where he achieved protea colours and fished professionally for 4years. He fancies most outdoor sports; including surfing, wakeboarding, skiing, diving, golf and many others. He has an addiction to the outdoors that he hopes to never lose.

Janine Schadle – Chief Stewardess (rotational)
Janine is originally from South Africa but moved, with her family to New Zealand 25 years ago. For the past 13 years Janine has been working on yachts as well as taking time in between yachts to travel and explore the world. She has most recently spent 4 months in Costa Rica and Colombia where she did her best attempt at learning Spanish…When not back in New Zealand, she spends her time in Palma, exploring the myriad of beautiful, natural sites, the island has on offer.

Jessica Roth - Chief Stewardess (rotational)
With over seven years of experience in the industry, Jessica has gained valuable knowledge of all aspects of the interior as well as other departments of vessel. She is a dynamic, fun, and energetic individual with an extremely friendly personality. There is no doubt that she brings a smile and warmth to any working environment with her great sense of humour. Her keen eye for detail and love of travel makes her an invaluable member of the team. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys hiking, pilates, reading, and cooking.

Molly-Jane Bettley - Second stewardess
Molly-Jane is an amiable and ambitious individual who has successfully operated her own beauty business over the years, an experience which has allowed her to apply these skills to her career in the yachting industry. With over one year of charter and private boat experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the position. During her free time, Molly-Jane enjoys traveling, fitness, hiking, textile making, nail art, beauty, as well as yoga.

Ricky-Lee Constantinou – Second Stewardess
Ricky-lee Constantinou is a 26 year old South African Cypriot who is an outgoing, fun and kind person who loves her job and providing the best experiences for others, since starting her yachting career in 2019. She loves yoga, meditation , swimming, dancing and more or less every physical activity. Traveling, connecting with nature, exceeding her comfort zone and spreading love and kindness during her life is what fills her heart with joy and excitement.

Lucy Gifford - Stewardess
Lucy comes from the coastal Cornish town of Falmouth. Growing up near the sea Lucy found a passion for yachting as well as many activitieson the sea. After finishing her degree in Graphic design, Lucy decided to join the yachting industry and follow her long family history of seafarers. In her spare time Lucy enjoys going to the gym, all types of water sports, hiking and is true adventure seeker. Lucy is looking forward to creating a memorable experience for you this season.

Audrey Gorman - Stewardess
Audrey grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and has always had a passion for travel, adventure and meeting new people. In 2021 Audrey joined the yachting industry and has since done extensive travel of the Caribbean, Mexico and Mediterranean on various charter boats. Audrey has an impressive skill holding her 4th Dan blackbelt in Taekwondo; she has competed around the world including the African championships and is a qualified instructor. In her free time Audrey enjoys spending time with family and friends at home, going to her regular CrossFit gym, drinking hot chocolate, and exploring new places.
